If safety and maintenance of conveyor idler rollers are important to you then this product is for you. Our
unique design & collapsible idler frame makes it possible to replace all idler rollers on an idler frame from
the walkway in a save manner.

Our unique design doesn’t require the lifting of conveyor belting and only
requires one person to replace 3 rollers within 3minutes or less. It also eliminates the danger of replacing
the opposite idler roller on an inclined conveyor or makes it possible to replace the rollers on an overland
conveyor against the wall within a mine.

Our idler frame complies with SANS1313’s idler dimensions and interchangeable with the standard idler
frames on the market. The available frames are 3roll, 20deg & 35deg frames suitable for 450wide to
1800wide belts. Other trough angles will be supplied on request.
